TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility:

  1. Entering the contest is free of charge, and only open to Malaysian residents aged 18 years and above.
  2. Participants must be a fan of XPEL by Winshield Facebook page.
  3. Winshield employees and employees’ family members are not allowed to join.

Shield Your Ride Campaign Mechanics:

  • To qualify and participate in this Contest, Participants must do the following:
    1. The contest starts from 1st April 2021 to 30th June 2021.
    2. Car ownership has to be the participant.
    3. Car body paint and panel must be in good condition and must not have a major accident or dent.
    4. Participants must have liked XPEL by Winshield Facebook page.
    5. Participants to take a creative photo with their cars and upload it to the google form provided.
    6. Only one (1) participant will be announced as a grand prize winner throughout the contest period.
    7. Twelve (12) participants will be announced as consolation prize winners throughout the contest period.
    8. The last submission is by 11.59 pm, Wednesday, 30th June 2021.
  • Grand Prize winner announcement will be made on the 5th July 2021 through XPEL By Winshield Facebook Page.
  • Consolation Prize winner announcement will be made on the 30th April, 30th May, and 30th June 2021 through XPEL By Winshield Facebook Page. (4 Winner each month)
  • Any irrelevant, late, or incomplete entries will automatically be disqualified.
  • All prizes and installation shall be done and completed by XPEL Malaysia Authorised Dealer and Certified Installer.
  • Winners will be contacted through Facebook messenger. Should the winner not respond within 24 hours, a replacement winner will be selected.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not fulfill contest requirements. This includes removing or deleting posts and submissions with inappropriate content such as vulgarity in comments.

Prizes:

  • Grand Prize winner will win an exclusive makeover for your vehicle with the full range of XPEL products.
    • XPEL Ultimate Plus Paint Protection Film (full front set)
    • XPEL Fusion Plus Ceramic Coating
    • XPEL XR Plus Prime Series Automotive Window Film (full car)
  • The consolation Prize winner will win XPEL Ultimate Plus Door Handle Insert Paint Protection Film.
  • The winner will have to reply to Facebook messenger within 24 hours after receiving a message from the organizers for verification purposes.
  • The winner will have to present original identification to claim the prize.
  • The prize is strictly not exchangeable for cash nor transferable to another vehicle other than the one submitted.

Others:

  • This campaign is organized by XPEL by Winshield (hereby known as ‘the Organizer’). Facebook does not take responsibility for this matter.
  • By participating in this contest, you hereby agree and accept the Terms & Conditions stipulated.
  • The copyrights of all submission entries, including winning entries, belong to the Organizer who can legitimately use at no charge for marketing communication and advertising purposes; the aforementioned copyrights at no charge belong to XPEL by Winshield without any limits to duration, location, frequency, and format and no notification is issued when being used.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to change contest T&C and prize at any time without prior notice.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition, prize, and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Organizer.
